DISC® Assessment: Team Building & Communication Workshops

Workshop Description

We invite you to join our Personal Development workshops, based on the detailed analysis of DiSC. These workshops include a comprehensive analysis of all participants, concluding with a detailed behavioral profile report, licensed by #Everything DiSC®.
The aim of these workshops is to develop key communication skills, team building, and effective conflict resolution.

Workshop Program

Day 1: Behavioral Profile Analysis

  • Comprehensive Analysis of Behavioral Profiles: An in-depth assessment of team members’ behavioral styles and traits, concluding with a detailed, personalized report. #Everything DiSC®
  • Individual Feedback Session: These one-on-one meetings between each participant and the trainer focus on reviewing and interpreting DiSC assessment results. The goal is to provide personalized insights and support for self-development. Participants will gain a clear understanding of their DiSC profile and receive a practical plan for leveraging strengths and addressing areas for improvement, along with constructive advice for personal and professional growth. The session concludes with a Q&A segment, allowing for any questions and ensuring that participants fully understand how to apply the feedback effectively.

Day 2: Team Dynamics and Colorful Communication

  • Constructive Conflict and Positive Feedback: Techniques for delivering constructive feedback in stressful situations, ensuring a positive tone and high-quality communication. Conflict in the workplace is normal, as long as it is based on facts rather than emotions and aims to improve cooperation or results. The best companies in the world, such as Netflix, encourage their employees to engage in conflicts with colleagues. This builds a culture of challenging the status quo and allows problems to be addressed effectively before they become more significant. Constructive conflict, based on positive intent and professional feedback methods, is an invaluable tool that transforms workplace dynamics.
  • Mastering Team Dynamics: Time-limited exercises exerting subconscious pressure on participants, designed to reveal deeply ingrained traits and instincts. Participants are meticulously observed and assessed using a team characteristics form based on the research of Daniel Kahneman, a renowned psychologist, economist, and Nobel laureate. Natural reactions are valuable; it is essential to remain true to oneself and assume roles in the group that align with one’s internal beliefs and personality traits. The facilitator’s role is to prepare the group and the manager to utilize these behaviors in the future and manage team structure for optimal results.
  • Colorful Communication Workshop: Engaging communication exercises based on DiSC® results, focusing on the unique traits of various behavioral profiles (referred to as colors) and their strengths and weaknesses. These activities enhance understanding of colleagues’ behaviors and motivations, increasing teamwork effectiveness and tolerance for diversity. This part of the workshop is largely based on the research and publications of Thomas Erikson, a distinguished specialist in social communication and behavioral science.
